Ghanaian singer S3fa, who is signed to D Black’s Black Avenue Record label, recently clarified that her relationship with D Black is strictly professional and not romantic. In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, she expressed her dissatisfaction with the assumption that she has a romantic involvement with her boss.
S3fa acknowledged D Black’s role in her music career, crediting him for signing her to his record label. However, she emphasized that their bond is solely based on business and professional collaboration.
The singer also sparked conversations about abortion during the interview, stating that it is not a big deal and criticizing those who condemn the act as hypocrites. She pointed out that many people in Ghana have undergone abortions, and those who criticize others for it may have engaged in similar actions themselves.
S3fa’s music career began by performing with live bands at various venues in Accra. In 2017, she caught the attention of D Black, who reached out to her on Instagram and subsequently signed her to Black Avenue Muzik. She released her debut single “Marry Me” featuring Jupiter the same year, followed by “Shuga” featuring DopeNation in May 2018.
In November 2020, S3fa released her debut album titled “Growth.” The album consisted of twelve tracks and featured collaborations with artists such as EL, Camidoh, Fameye, Sista Afia, Wendy Shay, Bisa Kdei, Medikal, and Nigerian singer Praiz.
