In a major career decision, Adele has turned down a $200 million offer to extend her world tour and take up a residency in Macau, China. The deal, which would have included a highly lucrative series of performances similar to her Las Vegas residency, was part of several offers she declined to prioritize her family life. Adele, who recently concluded her Munich shows, expressed a desire for rest after years of touring and building a new life.
Adele has spent the past year traveling between her home in Beverly Hills and her Vegas residency, but she now wants to focus on her fiancé Rich Paul and 12-year-old son, Angelo. She revealed that she plans to take a break from music and pursue other creative interests, including moving back to the UK to raise her son.
